Instructions for the week of May 4- May 7

The week of Monday, May 4-Thursday, May 7 from 9:00am-3:00pm will be the week 7th -12th grade students will be allowed to come pick up personal belongings, clean out lockers, return books, pay any fines, return uniforms, instruments, etc. Basically, we will need all students to take care of any business that will close out the school year for them. If these dates or times don't work for you, please call the school or email Mr. Robinson at srobinson@marmadukeschool.com. Anything not claimed by Friday, May 15 will be disposed of.

We will also have AMI tubs placed out front for any student who needs to drop off any AMI work.

Here is the info:

All students will use the High School entrance. We will only allow 5 students in each building at a time. We ask that only the students in grades 7th-12th enter the building. We will have some teachers available if anyone needs help or has any questions. We will have trash cans placed in the hallways throughout the buildings for locker clean up. Please return the books to the proper teacher. If the teacher is not there that day, then please place the books on the floor outside the teacher's classroom door.

Yearbooks may be picked up and/or purchased in the gym lobby. Any yearbooks not picked up will be held until next fall and given out then.

The nurse will be here Monday & Tuesday for anyone needing to pick up meds for the summer.

Band/Art: Please return band instruments and pick up Art projects. Sports: Please return all uniforms.

SENIORS: You may get your cap and gown during this time frame. We are aware of the Governor’s order that no traditional graduation ceremonies can take place until after July 1. We are exploring our options and will be updating you in the coming weeks.

Lastly, I want to thank you all for working hard through this unique time. I understand that it was a different experience and sometimes it was probably challenging, but I do thank you for your efforts in doing your best. We had over 90% of our AMI packets returned in our first drop off session. That is an excellent percentage and all of us are very proud of you for making an effort to complete the work. Again, thank you!!

All of this info will be on the school website and emailed to each student by the end of the day Wednesday, April 29.

If you have any questions, please let me now.
